Briefing: The EU due diligence law – What’s in the proposal?
After several delays, the European Commission has presented the Fair and Sustainable Economy package on February 23, which includes a legislative proposal on sustainable business practices (known as the EU due diligence law) and a Communication on decent work worldwide.
